Q: I’ve just placed my order online, when should I expect delivery?
A: We aim to dispatch all stock orders within 3 working days with the exception of banners. Due to the process involved in creating banners, additional delivery time is required, but we aim to dispatch banners within 5 working days. The only exception to this is during the Christmas Period, when we shutdown between Christmas and New Year. All orders placed during that period will be dispatched on our return (usually around the 5th January).
